Empowering Soulful Women to Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing

8 Day Women's Life-Changing herapy and Uplift Retreat in urkiye

Are solo travellers safe/welcome?
Absolutely! Dalyan is super safe - I've been going there for years. This is an ideal retreat for solo travelling women, with transfers included and chaperoned at all times, and indeed is encouraged to have proper 'you' time with nothing to live up to.

What sort of women come?
Women just like you . . . wanting to get away, be able to resolve issues and find a happier way forward, and have some uplifting fun and rejuvenation in the process.
I'm a fussy eater/have special dietary needs; will the food be ok?
I'm gluten free, can't eat potatoes, tomatoes, aubergines or most fruit, and am vegetarian - and I manage fine . . . I'm sure you will too. Just let us know on your booking form.
What is the average age range?
The universe always brings the right women together, so age really doesn't matter. Whether 18 or over 80, you are welcome. Last year, it was mostly women late 30s to 50s, yet late 20s to late 60s is not uncommon.

Will there be any contact before the Retreat?
Definitely! As soon as you book you will be invited to have a personal zoom chat, if you haven't already, to meet and discuss finer details. You will be emailed a Welcome Brochure with all the information you'll need, and a flight detail form to complete and return so we know when to meet you. You will then receive emailed updates, including a message a few days before advising the weather and suggestions for your perfect packing.

What money will I need?
You will only need money for:
Drinks other than tea, coffee, and water, such as a different drink with your dinner and on our trips.
Any treatments of your choice, such as a Massage
Spending on the last night in town.
Whilst budgeting for these varies in amount considerably, depending on personal choices, we would suggest £250 would be ample.
You are best to bring English cash and change it there; it's easy and a better rate, and you can change up smaller amounts as you go.

What will I be expected to do?
Come with an open mind and just join in as you feel comfortable. This is a week for you to feel amazing.
What are the timings? I usually go to bed early.
Breakfast is from 8.30 - 9.00 and we start each day at 9.30, allowing for an early morning swim or some mediation or extra sleep. We get back from our evening meals around 9.00 and then have time to swim, chat, chill, reflect, write in your personal journal or go to bed, as is your wish. Our first trip is a later night, returning about 11.00, and the last night is up to you. You might find that being 2 hours ahead in a different country and with a different schedule, time takes on a whole different perspective in itself. It does for me.

How hot will it be?
June is usually in the 30’s and very pleasant. Things haven’t heated up yet to get scorching, yet is comfortable without needing a cardigan in the evenings. There’s air con in the Villa, the pool and our trips are water based too, so is warm for those who like the heat, yet plenty of escape for those who don’t.
